If your family is new to AYSO 57 please complete New Family Account request (click here). This is only for parents whose children have never played in AYSO 57 only. Requests from existing families will not be acknowledged. Spring only! Coaches may select up to 50% of their roster. Click here to complete roster request form Coaches- remember to register your own child and contact parents of players you are requesting to make sure child is in your division and parent has registered them. If a child isn't registered by noon Feb 2, 2012 (s)he will not be on your team even if you request the child on your roster.

First spring game is March 10th. Last game is May 12th. No games April 7th and April 14th.

Coached by Joe Krum Important Note for All AYSO Volunteers (coaches, referees, team parents, division coordinators, etc.) - We all need to register with AYSO National for the new season. Please go to www.eAYSO.org to apply as a new volunteer or continuing volunteer. ALL volunteers, both new & returning, must submit a signed volunteer application. Signed applications can be emailed to CVPA@cdmAYSO.org. Proof of identity is required for all new volunteers. California driver's license or identification card is acceptable. VIP Program: Our VIP Program (for children with special needs) has been overwhelmingly successful. For a detailed description of the VIP Program and to register go to the "Register for VIP" tab. Registration for Fall VIP for children with disabilities is June 24-July 15 and September 3-September 9. There is no on-field registration. Do not come to field to regsiter your child.
