Register for Fall rec 2012 beginning April 16th. Click here.

Fall 2012 Recreational registration is April 16- noon May 24th - $120 fee
Fall 2012 Late Recreational registration is May 25-noon June 14 - $195 fee
Fall 2012 Recreational waitlist begins June 15th.- $300 fee collected if child is placed on a team.
Fall 2012 VIP for children with disabilities is June 24-July 15

AYSO Region 57 registration is done online only via this website.  There is no in-person registration.  Email registrar@cdmayso.org for problems with registration. See frequently asked question tab for information regarding team formation, fields, practice info. etc. 

Registration forms must be received by 5pm June 30th or your registration will be canceled.  See the registration confirmation that was emailed to you for link to your registration form.

First spring game is March 10th. Last game is May 12th. No games April 7th and April 14th.

Each coach can select ONE assistant coach. If we have enough coaches and assistant coaches that person's child will be assigned to your team so you can have that person as your assistant. To request a specific assistant coach click here. No other team requests will be considered.
